Hi All, Yes, this time (14:00 UTC) is set for Mondays where there are UA-Tech meetings. We will have the following schedule in September-October: 20 September – 16:00 UTC 27 September – 14:00 UTC 4 October – 16:00 UTC 11 October – 14:00 UTC Then ICANN72 Prep week and the virtual meeting itself will be held, so probably we will skip some calls in October. Later we can also decide if we want to keep weekly or to return to bi-weekly calls, and whether 14:00 UTC is more convenient for participants and we need to switch to it on regular basis. Dear Mark and Lilian, Thank you for your emails. I’d be happy to provide clarification. Bi-weekly Comms WG calls will remain as is. However, as per the discussions on the 6 September call, additional calls have been added for Mondays where there are also Tech WG calls. Due to the conflict in meeting times, the additional calls are earlier than our usual Comms WG calls. Dear Mark, Thanks for your email, it happened to me too, I didn't check the time had changed. I logged in at 4pm UTC all to get a recurring meeting and checked to see time had changed to 2pm UTC.
