Dear Seda, Thank you for sharing this. Some comments: 1. Action Item 1 a. Prioritizing companies based on their reach, market size and function is definitely a good step. The prioritising could also be done basis the companies which are easier to connect or will give greater impact. b. To reach out to the companies which would be shortlisted, a multi pronged approach can be adopted - Reaching out to industry associations (global, regional or national) these companies are associated with for example in APAC - Asia Internet Coalition, Globally -ICC Basis, BSA Software Alliance etc. - Reaching out to the companies directly. - Reaching out to allied associations such as handset manufacturing associations etc. who can help reach out to these companies 2. Action item 2 To assess how the UASG can support the other SO/ACs in their initiatives, it may be good to have a call/ communication with interested SO/ACs and identify where they need support . It could also be asking for what they plan to do and where they think they need support for the UASG team. Look forward to hearing the thoughts from others. UASG will make a business plan for each big technology organization to build dialogue. UASG to identify additional organizations for collaboration and BIUWG and ICANN org to look into the best way to follow up:
