Hi All – The UASG and ICANN org worked together to publish a case study outlining the org’s ongoing efforts to become UA-ready. The case study also shares best practices and explains the three stages ICANN used to update its systems. ICANN’s Chief Information Officer, along with its Front Office Relationship and Delivery and Software Engineering groups, have now updated all internal and custom services to be UA-ready, where possible.
