Dear Jane Thanks for the case study document.
From the UA-Tech WG, we find the case study to be particularly useful, as one of the tasks we are working on is the creation of a UA Readiness Maturity Model, and the three-stage readiness framework provides us with a possible prototype for a more nuanced, staged, maturity model.

Hi All –
The UASG and ICANN org worked together to publish a case study outlining the org’s ongoing efforts to become UA-ready. The case study also shares best practices and explains the three stages ICANN used to update its systems. ICANN’s Chief Information Officer, along with its Front Office Relationship and Delivery and Software Engineering groups, have now updated all internal and custom services to be UA-ready, where possible.
We are excited to share this case study and accompanying ICANN org blog with the community. Please help share and promote on your channels if possible.
