Dear Nicolas, I'm not familiar with using EPP out of domain registration scope. If it is more or less common EPP, the extension will fit these purposes too. BTW, for domains, we have RDAP supporting various internationalized data. Not sure what do we have for access to regional and subregional registries data. Whois will not work for EAI. IMHO, if the EPP protocol is redesigned to accept these issues and adopted, these changes are to become a part of the core protocol - as for now EPP accepts local and internationalized (ASCII only :) ) post addresses.

I totally agree that it's a good idea to make these changes simultaneously.
