UA-EAI WG colleagues: On 6 November 2022, most places in North America will revert from "Daylight Savings Time" to "Standard Time". That means our 14:30 UTC meeting time will become an hour earlier in our time zones. For me, that moves the meeting from "quite early" to "are you kidding me, THAT early?!?". It would help me if we could move our meeting time later, by at least an hour, starting from Tuesday 8. November. Does that work OK for other people? 15:30 UTC would be fine for me. We used to meet at 15:30 UTC until 19. April 2022, by the way <https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/ua-eai/2022-April/001562.html>.
