Perhaps the survey ought to have a class between yes and no. Something like "using EAI addresses works when everything works, but the error messages aren't helpful when something fails". I personally don't care. In my opinion there are only two things that matter at this point: "works when it works" and "doesn't break any old functionality". Anything else is a fringe benefit. Arnt
