That is a wonderful interim step, Seda. I just tested the URL, and it redirects successfully to the Google Doc for the EAI Self Certification Guide. I still think we should put a placeholder web page in place at that URL. I will still write a draft of the initial content for that page. I am a bit delayed in writing that draft, because I discovered an IT emergency just now. However, it is no longer as urgent to publish the placeholder web page, because the URL already leads to someplace reasonable.
