Attached is a revision (redline and clean pdf) which I'm not entirely happy with as I feel it is still too in depth. I do think they can provide for a basis of conversation in Durban. In many cases, I expect the answers to be "no" or "does not exist" and that's fine -- I'm primarily looking for information at this point, not detailed analysis.
