Hello Just a quick suggestion Geographical/regional representation Observing that Geographical As defined by political frontiers defined by governments often with with recognition of intergovernmental organizations (for instance nation states recognized by UN such as Brazil, Kenya, China etc.) Regional Representations which are not represented in government or intergovernmental policies but which matter to geopolitical representation (for instance: Amazon region, Subsaharan Africa, Rural areas, Refugee camps etc.) Also, if I may, another quick suggestion "informal practices" on diversity I'd suggest adding or replacing "unwritten policies" Observing that Many diversity efforts span from outreach and proactive measures of seeking out candidates which may increase diversity in an employment process or other such action. It can be compared as a company which visits universities and tries to prospect employees based on diversity criteria or diverse efforts of "watercooler talk", inreach effort targeting employees to promote to an specific type of hire. Just a couple of suggestions out there. I had volunteered to help w/ this so I'm not sure if there will be a doc to put suggestions on still but, hope this helps. Hello
Just a quick suggestion
Geographical/regional representation
Observing that
Geographical
As defined by political frontiers defined by governments often with with recognition of intergovernmental organizations (for instance nation states recognized by UN such as Brazil, Kenya, China etc.)
Regional
Representations which are not represented in government or intergovernmental policies but which matter to geopolitical representation (for instance: Amazon region, Subsaharan Africa, Rural areas, Refugee camps etc.)
Also, if I may, another quick suggestion
"informal practices" on diversity
I'd suggest adding or replacing
"unwritten policies"
Observing that
Many diversity efforts span from outreach and proactive measures of seeking out candidates which may increase diversity in an employment process or other such action.
