Hi Anne, The drafting team is only done once there is a consensus, this mostly takes time and a dialectical process with the subgroup. Until there is a consensus the working group document is a rolling working document. The drafting group Monday 19:00 UTC deadline is there so we have something to present to the subgroup so they also have time to consider it. I accepted all your comments, integrated all the comments of the drafting team, and waited until our weekly deadline Monday 19:00 UTC for comments.
There are no dramatic changes, or things in the text that have not been discussed before.
Since the subgroup did not manage to discuss the whole document last week, I think it is beneficial for the group to at least review the whole document as see how issues that were brought up have been addressed.
This week there is indeed the meeting in Iceland, but the meeting in Copenhagen is also coming up fast, which means that we do not have an awful lot of time to complete our work, so think it is important that we use our time effectively.
And since we did not get apologies from all members of the drafting team I think we should go ahead.
