Niels, Attached are the polling e-mails from Matthew and Seun. I also note that Robin had remarked in chat at the end of the call today that she was away at the moment of the poll and wanted to add her support for the text. I support the conclusion that this establishes a majority in polling among active members, but am still interested in exploring further the challenges some governments may face in connection with opting for active member status (as opposed to Observer status) in our working groups. Dear Niels Unfortunately the views of three GAC members which I have supported were not taken into account. I do not understanding the Majority and Minority concept to be applicable . As mentioned, it is either Consensus with a Minority Statement or "No Consensus". I am not sure of the implications here.
