The latest versions of the two documents under review -- the Draft Subgroup Report and the Choice of Law and Choice of Venue Recommendation -- have just recently been sent to the list. Rather than attach them again to this email, I will keep the Google docs open for further suggestions until 16:00 UTC tomorrow, at which point I will pull down stable drafts for our discussion tomorrow.
