All, Please find the latest English translation of the Swiss response - Jorge is not perfectly satisfied with it but has made some changes which would make it minimally acceptable for our work with the disclaimer that the original response is the official one. We have used this version to produce a new version of the summary which now includes more significant portions of that response.
