RECOMMENDATION REGARDING CHOICE OF LAW AND CHOICE OF VENUE IN ICANN AGREEMENTS
All, I attach the current version of the Choice of Law and Choice of Venue Recommendation. I have tried to "accept" and "resolve" any open edits that have either been around for a few days or appeared non-substantive or non-controversial. I've left in the most recent edits, as well as a few that I felt the group should expressly see as edits before finalizing the document. Of course, any part of the document is still open for comment for a little while longer (keeping in mind the deadline for submission is 23:59 UTC on Wednesday, October 11). The Google doc is at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xAyla8FTaL7jZ0D2rYtAzQUr3gEnirTKiAG-kqD0... Please make every effort to review (and if necessary, comment) before our meeting tomorrow. Greg
Thank you greg .I have added some comments as well regarding some points which i believe to be ambigus (lacking maybe more explanation on the draft ) and some suggestions . Look foward to interacting with you all on these points . Best , Khouloud 2017-10-11 0:09 GMT+01:00 Greg Shatan <gregshatanipc@gmail.com>:
