We are discussing the delays with the staff and we hope the paper is available soon. It's important to acknowledge that I at least have no concerns with the people doing the work - but I would have appreciated ICANN as a whole devoting more resource to this process, which is now introducing material delays to our work.

As we discussed at the last meeting, the plan had been to start with discussing the Staff report on staff accountability. As that report was not yet available decided that cancelling the meeting made the most sense. I probably should have done it when the report was not available 24 hours before the meeting, but didn't remember to do so in time.
