I guessed this would be the case since it was so during the zero draft consultations as well. It would be useful if this was repeated at the end clearly instead of just ending the consultations early with a list of people who wanted to speak but did not know they had to turn on their camera to be acknowledged. I agree that logistically it could have been handled better. Nigel - content-wise most speakers welcomed and acknowledged the improvements to the text in rev 1. Several speakers cautioned against limiting the IGF in the GDC follow-up, some (including myself) mentioned the NM+10 outcomes document and Sao Paulo Guidelines when it came to multistakeholder processes. There were also various topical asks from others. In general there was less attendance, I counted around 100+ or so attendees with roughly 25 panelists on deck. I also think it could have been announced more broadly and earlier - many in the IG community also didn't know when this was going to happen until it did and links were not sent to many even after registration. Not sure why she didn't see the list, or why the Tech Envoy staff who'd registered the speakers and put them in the publicly visible queue said nothing, but voila the session ended. Seems like UN NY hasn't quite gotten used to this whole stakeholder participation thing...
