As DK is mentioned in this article, I would like to take the opportunity to clarify a little: We do believe that it is a challenging time line that we are working with, however, we also understand the need to keep momentum in our work - the CWG is dependent on it. Under these circumstances it becomes even more important that documents under discussion are easily available and accessible to all (also to people outside the CCWG). One sentence drew my attention : the number of active participants has dropped to dangerously low levels. Levels that no one is monitoring because all those remaining in the process are too overwhelmed with work. While the sentence is not specifically targetting the CCWG, as you know staff keeps track of participation on a regular basis.
