I don't know how I missed this before, but in section 2 number 2 of the commitments it now says. "Preserve and enhance the neutral and judgment free administration of the technical DNSŠ." I don't really know what "technical" adds there.
I don't especially care about it, but I'm trying rather hard to come up with something that would be the non-technical DNS and I'm failing. Since words that don't do work in a bylaw are just an invitation to mischief, I'd suggest that "the DNS" is enough here.
