[CCWG-ACCT] what specific powers / structures are objectionable to the board in Designator Model?

It would be very helpful in trying to understand the board's concerns if someone from the board could say what are the specific powers and specific structures in a designator model that the board objects to. In last week's WP1 meeting, I asked that question of the board, but still have not received an answer to it, although it is a piece of information which is necessary to understanding where the concerns are so they can be addressed.
