PS—I note that the final two calls, scheduled for January 26 & 28, are after the timeline’s projected January 22 target date for delivering a final Proposal to the Board. While understanding that “Calls will be cancelled (and/or duration will be reduced) if deemed unnecessary.”, the fact that calls were scheduled for after the target dates testifies to the large volume of work remaining to be done prior to such delivery. Therefore, can the Co-Chairs please inform us whether this call schedule contemplates readjustment of the targeted Board delivery date, and if so what is the new target date being proposed? Philip S. It is currently foreseen that this frequency of calls will only apply to the month of January. As discussed on 22 December, these calls will be plenary and topic-based. You will receive a list of topics in advance of the meetings so that you may plan your participation accordingly.
