just to be clear, Steve Crocker has said on this list if I am not mistaken that the trademark is defensive and would go with the IANA F Unction Manager (ie to PTI or whoever).
The junior Senator from Alberta and his conservative cohorts are not talking about that here, they are talking about the root zone (databases).
