For item 3 on the list makes the designator model look attractive. Question (based on item 5-8) is if chairs/leaders of SO/AC are for instance designated, doesn't this mean the respective SO/AC leaders would be bound by the internal accountability mechanism. I think it was said in the past that designators cannot be assigned to position but person, if that still remains the case then my question above would be moot.
