Some of us work for a living and re-arranging my practice schedule for one is a real nuisance unless I know well in advance. March is already an issue for me and I doubt I will be able to make it even by remote participation (as it is in the same time zone) but I need to especially know about May, so I can block this out. 2015-05-01 and 2015-05-04 are public holidays here in Namibia and this year very pleasantly located. So if it was 2015-05-04/05 it would not interfere much. If not it'll be not too bad, as long as I know well in advance.
