Dear All, Head's up that there are some significant recent IRP updates on the .africa case showing substantial differences of view on how the process should be conducted: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/dca-v-icann-2013-12-11-en The implications may be worth considering in how the RfR/IRP process is developed and stress-tested, notably in regard to witness statements and in-person hearings. Dear Greg and all, I agree the implications are worth considering in developing/improving review mechanisms and stress testing them. One issue that worries us is the potential negative repercussions of overruling the bylaws that are relied upon and expected to be upheld and enforced. Best regards Alice
