Bonjour chères toutes et tous,
je suis parfaitement d'accord à cette proposition de Mohamed et il est vrai que nous avons eu des problèmes techniques pour communiquer pendant cette téléconférence. A mon niveau, j'ai commencé à prendre certaines dispositions techniques et aussi temporelles pour participer correctemment à toutes les téléconférences.

La r?union du 19 Novembre 2008, a ?t? infructueux du ? la qualit? du t?l?phone et a un manque de participation des ALS,
au sortit de cette r?union. Il a ?t? demand? aux membres d'Afralo de se concentrer sur le Sommet des utilisateurs qui aura lieu ? la prochaine r?union ICANN au Mexique. Le secr?tariat en collaboration avec les membres ALAC doivent proposer un draft d'ordre du jour sur la liste pour la prochaine r?union pr?vu pour le 3 d?cembre. Les ALS sont tenus d'envoyer en retour sur la liste des commentaires et suggestions ? l'agenda propose

Dear AfRALO,
yesterday (19th Dec.2008) we had out monthly teleconference which was delayed due to the participation in ICANN Cairo meeting .
With few participants The meeting discussed the lack of participation in AfRALO Teleconferences and concluded that the meetings are not attractive, need earlier planning, an Agenda need to be submitted before the meeting to the mailing list, so ALS could discuss it, by doing this the meetings will be more productive .
The meeting suggested that AfRALO to focus more on the summit issue and start planning for it from now .
Action Item for next meeting : Secretariat with Collaboration of Africa ALAC members to draft an Agenda for 3rd Dec. meeting which should be sent by next week to the mailing list for feedback and comments .
