Hi all, This is unbelievable. He still spoke at the Last AFRALO meeting telling us about the Newsletter. I still read his follow-up email a few days ago. He was in Ghana full of life... What a world !!!!! May his soul rest in peace and I hope that God will grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss. This is a great loss to the community and a lesson for us all. Your gentle face and patient smile with sadness, we recall. You had a kindly word for each, and you died beloved by all. The voice is mute and stilled the heart, that loved us well and true. Ah, bitter was the trial to part with one so good as you. You are not forgotten loved one, nor will you ever be. As long as life and memory last, we will remember thee. We miss you now; our hearts are sore; as time goes by, we miss you more; your loving smile, your gentle face no one can take your vacant place. Dear Members,
I have just arrived Hamburg to hear the shocking sad news of the death of Olivier Kouami who died from a heart attack.
Olivier is the current co-chair of the AFRALO newsletter team and an active leader within AFRALO community and internet governance community as a whole. Oliver was also very involved in the open source community (FOSSFA) which was where I first got to meet and work with him over 15years ago.
My condolences to his family and the entire Africa internet community.
Regards
Chair AFRALO

Dear Members,
I have just arrived Hamburg to hear the shocking sad news of the death of Olivier Kouami who died from a heart attack.
Olivier is the current co-chair of the AFRALO newsletter team and an active leader within AFRALO community and internet governance community as a whole. Oliver was also very involved in the open source community (FOSSFA) which was where I first got to meet and work with him over 15years ago.
