Thank you for sharing this update Hadia. I confirm my participation. I do, however, have a small question: why is the campaign focusing only on Amazon? As AFRALO, wouldn’t it be useful to also highlight other major platforms or services that need to be UA ready, especially those relevant in Africa? For example, African e-commerce platforms like Jumia, Takealot, Konga, fintech services like Flutterwave or Chipper Cash, or government portals could benefit from UA awareness and outreach. Hello Hadia, Thank you for sharing the invitation to participate in the campaign. I would like to register my participation. October, being Cybersecurity Awareness Month, makes this initiative very timely and relevant. It aligns strongly with the activities within my industry during this period. That said, I would appreciate some clarification: why is Amazon being targeted specifically? Also, is it possible for a participant to engage in the campaign without focusing on a particular organization, so that the effort comes across more as an appeal than an attack? I look forward to your kind response, as always. Wishing you a fruitful day ahead. Good day I would like to echo the sentiments above and request too to find out why we are mentioning Amazing and what this context is. Further is it possible to campaign for the cause without mentioning any company. Dear Hadia, Thank you for your email. I'm particularly interested in this campaign but wondering why we're specifically mentioning Amazon? Can this be done without mentioning Amazon, but rather we call the attention of all those who need to adhere to the goal of the campaign to do so. Dear Hadia, Thank you for your email, My thoughts and stance on this isn't far from my other colleagues here. Yes, born ready to participate in #UA campaign but we dont necessarily need to tag any entity, especially because we have more institutions like this not compliant. (And honestly this doesn't mean they are not working on doing so) My suggestion: Since we have our monthly call on Oct 1st ,let us dissect and come to a concession on best way to deal or perhaps you want to share some background information around the motive/rationale .
