Dear Daniel and colleagues, hi! Let me make some suggestions regarding our working process: Now we have two documents for the discussion - "O&E strategy 2019 v2" and "O&E suggestions". Maybe it would be more expedient if: 1. To Merge these two documents. 2. To create (after or during approval-time of the final version) a matrix of activities indicating all of our actions and quality of participation, with deadlines, responsible persons, to provide links to ICANN structures with which we will cooperate on each item? I think it may help us to organize and structure our work. And second one: Maybe within the strategy we need to make a division on OE activity towards individuals and ALSs, because in general these two types of audiences suppose different tools usage. What do you think about it?
