But I noticed that both names were put forward for ALAC vote. Shouldn't just Eduardo's name be there? D Darlene A. For the two regions that have forwarded more than one candidate (NA and LAC), private advice from the ALAC members from that country (and particularly the RALO-appointed members) would be very appreciated. NARALO has put forward two candidates for the NomComm, but we also held a Bigpulse vote amongst the ALSs that indicated a clear preference (Eduardo Diaz). This result is not private.
Similarly, we are holding a Bigpulse vote so that NARALO members can indicate their preferences between the three candidates who have put their names forward as ALAC's Board Liaison. The results of this vote will be discussed at next week's NARALO conference call, with the objective of guiding the NA ALAC reps (and anyone else who is interested) in their Board Liaison voting. That vote was supposed to have started Monday -- however, due to Staff error it won't start until later today. - Evan _______________________________________________ ALAC mailing list ALAC@atlarge-lists.icann.org http://atlarge-lists.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/alac_atlarge-lists.icann .org At-Large Online: http://www.atlarge.icann.org ALAC Working Wiki: http://st.icann.org/alac
