Dear Cheryl, I will try to transfer the doc to the IDN Wiki over the weekend. Given the shortage of time (the deadline for the comment is on 4th Dec), I think it is worthwhile to schedule a single topic call to discuss the paper for the ALAC. I suggest 2nd Dec (Tues) 14:00 UTC may be a good, as it give the list a time to look at the doc over the weekend, and enough time for me to make further edits and circulate final revision on the list before 4th Dec. It is always easier to engage in discussion with a framework to work with, whilt I trust that the Publlic At-large list will now begin to have some discussion and exchange on your highlighted points... I'm going to ask staff to assist you in setting up a space in your IDN Liaison Wiki area to also encourage comments to come in that way and I'm asking ALAC Members to ensure that their RALO's and ALSes are aware of this opportunity for input and that they also activly encourage participation in this important matter... Regional statements and contributions also need to be sort out as well...
I envisage that both this working list (c.c. to the Worldwide list I assume) and the proposed Wiki will harbour these desired interchanges...
