Relatedly see the recently launched Abuse Contact Identifier (ACID) Tool <https://acidtool.com/> by the ICANN GNSO Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG) which is a free online tool available to anyone trying to identify the appropriate party (e.g. hosting provider) to report abuse to. Along with DNSAI's NetBeacon <https://netbeacon.org/>, the online environment for reporting DNS Abuse seems to be rapidly evolving.
