O tend to agree with Olivier there is a jack if clarity here . For me there is an accountability IANA shall present to the community and it is related to its full administration and operational process. Nevertheless in my view there is another element shall be taken into consideration and it is the oversight body - if there will be one- and it's accountability to the whole community. However none of the mentioned above accountability processes , if I understood correctly is in the text. Hence, a clearer explanation needs to be included. I have trouble understanding the end of this paragraph. There is an ambiguity that needs to be cleared up - "the scope of this working group".Furthermore, it becomes unclear what accountability one is speaking about - I note here, INCLUDED are "accountability of Internet identifier governance", "continuance of IANA functions in an accountable and widely accepted manner" but apparently NOT "Accountability for the administration of the IANA functions (implementation and operational accountability)".
What's IN and what's OUT is important since this is a factor that can be used to determine the outcome of the work. Please have the drafting Team clarify. Kind regards,
