[ALAC] Budget comments

Ladies Thank you both for the editing. I’d love it if you could finalize comments within the next several hours - or within 23 hours, to give me time to read through the document and pick up and final edits. I think the organization largely works- the budget stuff and then text on the Operating Initiatives - under relevant headings so that it’s clear what is being talked about. But then probably both of you have done enough editing in your lives so I don’t need to say anything. I just want to do a final clean up tomorrow afternoon my time (21 hours from now) Thanks again to you both Holly
