I have asked for both: 1) More information on the components of concern to At-Large (which I presume to include not just direct spending on At-Large, but also spending on things like interpretation and translation, travel support, recruiting / outreach to build the various communities, including At-Large, and the like. 2) A time and date when a briefing with Doug and Kevin could take place which would cover the ops plan and budget as well as any other questions the community would wish to ask.
