For a variety of reasons it's no longer feasible for me to continue as liaison to the NCSG (though I am happy to give a report in Dakar to finish my time in the post).
I therefore nominate Evan Leibovitch for the role. Evan has made substantial strides in working across the various groups and factions of ICANN, and as the NCSG grows and evolves the ALAC will need someone like Evan who has good working relationships with all the key individuals.
