It has taken a long time, but the documentation for the decertification of two NARALO ALSes is now complete. I am making the following two motions and ask for another ALAC member to second them. Alan ============================ Whereas the ALAC Rules of Procedures and the associated Adjunct Document 04 At-Large Structure Framework allows the ALAC to decertify an At-Large Structure (ALS); Whereas, as documented at https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/Consumer+Web+Watch+%28NARALO%29+..., the ALAC and NARALO have determined that the ALS Consumer Web Watch either no longer exists or no longer satisfies the requirements to be an ALS as identified in the At-Large Structure Framework, and/or the ALS requirements as outlined in the RALOs rules; It is resolved that the ALAC decertifies the ALS Consumer Web Watch as an ICANN At-Large Structure.
