I would like to thank Beau for laying the groundwork for the position. I also wish to propose Beau for the position of At-Large liaison to the Non-Profit-Organization Constituency (NPOC).
The NPOC is a newly-formed body that shares many common interests and objectives with At-Large, A strong relationship between the two of us will certainly be mutually beneficial. To that extent, in the Dakar meeting I will be proposing creation of a position of At-Large liaison to the NPOC, and nominating Beau to serve in that role.
