Olivier I would go for option B as this creates a one stop shop for sponsorship for all RALOS and in my opinion makes it easier going forward to organise At Large events. It also avoids duplication of efforts and basically having to re-invent the wheel each time a RALO has a GA or any other At Large event that requires sponsorship. Hello, I don't think those are two options. I think both are required to-do and I will say a Yes to both questions. As I understand what Olivier was asking, A is asking whether we should discuss the initiative with GSE. B is asking whether we should setup a team that will coordinate the initiative (and I assume the intention to create such team will also be on the agenda when discussing with GSE) So they seem to be two different tasks; A is a definite Yes, B is on whether we want to have some formality to this with a team incharged of it, like we have with CROPP.
