I support this proposal... One thing though that some of you may fine helpful is to do what I found that (due to the amount of email traffic I get and me *never* wanting to overlook a vote as we do so many more in ALAC etc., I requested that my emails regarding BigPulse votes (which all come from Nick Ashton-Hart as sender and have the title Your Sign-in Details-> so they are easy to spot) go to a *different* address than I usually use for general mail and ensured that it is in fact a Webmail based system (in this case I use a Gmail account and the in box shows on my home page so I know if something has come in) this makes it so much easier to track and ensure that spam filters or accounts that don't always get checked too often or that folders that get SOOO full of other matters do not hide these time critical messages... Furthermore could you also contact each ALS that has yet to vote an individual email with the credentials. Perhaps also a follow up phone call to ensure they are even receiving list emails and to check that we have the correct email addresses. Kind regards, Karaitiana Taiuru APRALO Chair
