All sound good to me. The Secretariat/Chair presence at ICANN meetings is something that we supported when I was APRALO Chair, and makes for a good opportunity to interact with the other RALOs executive, and discuss regional collaboration as well exchange ideas/knowledge. - there should be more time given for APRALO people attending meetings to have their Visas taken care of earlier - Mexico was very last minute and that should not happen next time, confirmation should be obtained later - Chair supports that the Secretariat should be present at each ICANN meeting and the AGM - the Secretariat meeting during ICANN meetings is a good chance to interact.
