On another note I also wish to express my concern. *The voting ballots are sent confidentially to the Primary ALS or UIMs. While who to vote can be decided by the ALS as a whole, the norm is that the ballots are not to be shared.* As per staff, the Primary for ISOC Bangladesh is Shah *therefore it would be more appropriate for the Primary of your ALS who has access to the ballot to raise any concern that the ALS has.*

Based on the above sections, if the APRALO leadership team decided to make Voting Raking in Ballot then there should be consensus document or meeting minutes (at least). So can you share with us the relevant consensus document in this regard.
Aside, If one position is open ( APRALO or ALAC ) then we're supposed to select one out of three and in case someone doesn't like to choose anyone out of three in that case should have the option to abstain.
