And before someone asks, the workplan is WIP and will be circulated to the officers within the next week for their input, and then to the wider APRALO community for further development and comments with a deadline, followed by actioning of necessary changes and then (hopefully) formalised at the HK meeting (assuming it is held). Needless to say, we will try and keep it simple, and achievable. More later.
The budget may need tweaking - I see a need for 3 nights, particularly for those travelling from a bit further afield. Would need to get into HK by 24, meet 25, and 26 to perhaps have an opportunity to interact with the registrar/registry delegates (assume in a non-formal social basis rather than at their meeting), and leave 27. (And I would expect my flight cost will be much cheaper than listed).
