HI Everyone

Just a reminder - and those of you who did not vote earlier will have received a reminder - today is the last day to vote on the timing of the election process for the APRALO election to ALAC. So Silvia, please let me know ASAP what the outcome is. (the outcome will be determined by a majority of the votes cast)

If the outcome is to proceed with the existing schedule, then we can continue, as follows:

13 May - call for nominations, with nomination period to end 23 May Noting: for those who have nominated, please reconfirm the nomination and seconding.

23-30 May - acceptances for nominations Noting again: for those who have accepted a nomination, please reconfirm your acceptance

7 -13 June - election period.

If the poll is to delay the elections, the schedule will be:

between 14 May and 3 June - Webinar on ALAC Membership - (this will allow time for the organisation of the webinar and for those considering ALAC membership to attend the webinar and join in a discussion about ALAC membership)

27 May - 14 June - call for nominations

21 June - end of period for acceptance of nominations

28 June - 5 July - elections.

So please - vote if you have not already done so.
