It took me about 8 mins. but I think it depends on how prompt the optional questions are answered, it takes less minutes without answering them of course since all the mandatory questions are choices. Just a minor note, I think the final thank you statement grammatically needs to be corrected by deleting (is). We need to have a more realistic estimate of the time it would take for a person encountering the questionnaire for the first time, so that we can put in the estimated time to the email to be sent out to the community.
