Dear Satish, I tried the survey now. It took me about 8 mins. but I think it depends on how prompt the optional questions are answered, it takes less minutes without answering them of course since all the mandatory questions are choices. Just a minor note, I think the final thank you statement grammatically needs to be corrected by deleting (is).
