Did Vittorio accepted the nomination by sending a message of acceptance to the public ALAC list, or did the person who nominated him forward such an email (9.3.)
And where is the rule about the creation of ad hoc positions. It was in an earlier draft, but not the one ratified. Is there such a thing as an "ad hoc" position?
