[At-Large] Number of Recipients to Mailing Lists

Dear All: In keeping with a request from the Chair of the ALAC, responding to many community requests, the total number of recipients of emails to the At-Large lists has been limited to five per email. This is by way of helping to reduce crossposting and of multiple copies of the same message being received by recipients who are at the same time direct recipients of a message and mailing list members.
