Just a side note without entering into the substance of the discussion: the difference above is deeply cultural and hard to determine. We get into it everywhere over the Internet - see for example the discussion on new gTLDs going on right now, where some people want to be able to create .whatever-blasphemy or .nazi because they see it as reasonable criticism which is protected under their free expression rights, while others see that as offensive, disrespectful, hurting or even criminal. There's no solution to that, except that when getting in touch with different cultures people might want to self-limit themselves as a principle of respect and good manners, though of course there are people who consider respect and good manners as a form of censorship. -- vb.
