I think that the very fact that the issue comes up for public comment means that ICANN is slowly getting down to doing something about it. I am hoping that the transcripts from our Sunday session in Costa Rica will soon come on-line and you'll see how the discussion with the Compliance Department was rather lively. As you'll notice, we're putting the pressure and it is only when reminding ICANN again and again where it falls short of doing what it says it will do, that we'll get ICANN to do it.
